CURRENT PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS

Running Specialist

Run N Fun, Burnsville, MN (September 2019- Current)

Responsibilities: Evaluate customer’s gait to determine their pronation in order to determine the correct shoe for them. Responsible for organizing and planning weekly team runs. Responsible for ordering and stocking merchandise such as shoes, Gu, and other running gear. Set up and execute stands at running events such as the Twin Cities Marathon. Responsible for pacing event runs if needed. 

 

Part-Time Burnsville Youth Collaborative (BYC) Program Supervisor

Burnsville-Eagan-Savage ISD #191, Savage, MN (November 2018 – Present)

Responsibilities: Assists in providing classroom support for licensed ISD ONE91 teachers. Assists in offering enrichment programming for students. Assist in logistical support on site (snack, attendance, busing, etc.). Assists in implementing Social and Emotional programming (PBIS). Assists in providing a safe and secure learning environment for children. Assists with providing a culturally inclusive and welcoming environment. Other duties as assigned by BYC Coordinator

Responsibilities: Oversea the progress of the special education students daily school work; including check in's, doing examples together, grade checks, and missing work. Mentor the students to have good work and study habits, as well as good life habits. Motivate and encourage them to participate in classroom discussions. Help them with FAFSA or other college related tasks or questions.

Responsibilities: Ensure that members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all fitness, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and conduct practices for all short and long sprinters, as well as long and triple jumpers. Counsel student athletes on academic, athletic, and personal issues. Be a mentor to the students in an ethical and moral sound fashion. Set line ups for meets as well as develop race plans for the student athletes. Consulted athletes on mental strategies and race tactics.

 

Assistant Football Coach/Mental Trainer

Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and conduct practices. Analyze film or both my own players and the players of our opponents. Organize plays and drills that will better the performance and preparation of the athletes prior to game day. Taught student athlete’s mental preparation tactics.
